The Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE) is the largest Non-Governmental Farmer Organisation in Uganda. It was founded in January 1992 as Uganda national Farmers Association (UNFA) and turned into a Federation in 2002. UNFFE is non-religious and non-political. It is for all Ugandan farmers.

Local Professionals in the agricultural and business related field registered Hort Agro Solution Agencies in the year 2010. The objective being to participate actively in ensuring that farmers realize full benefits from their farm produce through value chain approach thus not being locked out of the market because of stringent market requirements and regulations.

SIAPROM, established in 2008, is a privately owned animal production vocational Institute based in Uganda, Mukono District, offering first class practical skills training to Farm Managers and Animal Health Assistants.

We are the only international non-profit organization focused on using radio to help African farming communities help themselves.

The “Forum des Services de Conseil Agricole et Rural du Mali” (FOSCAR-Mali) acts as the Mali Chapter of the Africa Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS) which is an umbrella network organisation for Agricultural Advisory Services (AAS) in Africa. FOSCAR Mali itself is an umbrella organization of agricultural advisory services (AAS) providers, actors and stakeholders in Mali.

African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS) is a continental platform for mutual learning and innovation among agricultural extension and advisory services providers across Africa. The AFAAS’ goal is to enhance utilization of improved knowledge and innovations for improving productivity oriented towards individual and national development objectives. AFAAS operates through multi-stakeholder country fora that embrace public and private actors in the national agricultural innovation systems.

EAFF is a non-political, non-profit and a democratic apex organization of all Farmers of Eastern Africa. Its role is to voice legitimate concerns and interests of farmers of the region with the aim of enhancing regional cohesiveness and social-economic status of the farmers.

The Federation, apart from voicing views and demands of the farmers on crosscutting issues will also endeavor to promote regional integration of the farmers through trade and good neighbourliness.
